The administrative affairs of the Association are handled by a volunteer Board of Directors. Directors are elected each year from among the home and lot owners in La Buena Vida Estates. The Board then chooses the officers from among its members, usually at a meeting held directly after the Association's Annual Meeting.
Annual homeowner association meetings are typically held in October and are a time to get to know your fellow home and lot owners, vote for the coming year's Board Members and generally voice your opinions. Please consider becoming a volunteer Board Member.
Regular Board Meetings are held at the River Center Library - Community Meeting Room. Home and lot owners in La Buena Vida Estates are welcome, and indeed, encouraged to sit in on the board meetings.
The Association does much of its work through committees. Any lot owner can serve on a committee, and indeed you are encouraged to do so.
