La Buena Vida Estates was developed and platted in four separate parcels between 1968 and 1973. The original developer re-declared the same CRRs for each parcel. The wording were identical on all CRRs, except for the range of lot numbers in that particular plat. In 2010 the CCRs were amended and restated bringing each of the four CRRs into one document.
