La Buena Vida Estates was developed and platted in four separate parcels between 1968 and 1973. The original developer re-declared the same CRRs for each parcel. The wording is identical on all CRRs, except for the range of lot numbers in that particular plat. For your convenience, you can download the version of the CRRs that refers to your specific lot number. (Lot #38 is the subdivision streets and roads, owned by the HOA, and is skipped in the sequence.)
